By purchasing a service agreement with Reedys' you are guaranteed two inspections annually, one for cooling and one for heating. Our heating and cooling service specialists will perform a thorough inspection using the following checks as a guide.

Maintenance checks of the Reedys' Service Agreement:

• Check and Calibrate theromstat
• Check and Set heat anticipator
• Check and Adjust belts
• Check and Lubricate bearings
• Check and Lubricate motors
• Check voltage and amperage
• Check condenser coil for dirt
• Check evaporator coil for dirt
• Check blower wheel for balance
• Check condenser fan blade for cracks
• Check oil or gas pressure at burner
• Check heat exchanger for cracks
• Check pulley alignment and wear
• Check relay and starter contacts
• Check time delay relay accuracy
• Check and Adjust draft across flame
• Check refrigerant charge
• Check temperature rise in furnace
• Check combustion vent and motor
• Check temperature rise or drop across coil
• Check condensate drain
• Replace standard air filters

During each heating and cooling service inspection, we will replace the standard 1" disposable filters for no cost. (Additional parts required for repairs diagnosed during the inspection will be billed at the normal rate.)@bells
