Maintenance checks of the Reedys' Service Agreement:
- Check and Calibrate theromstat
- Check and Set heat anticipator
- Check and Adjust belts
- Check and Lubricate bearings
- Check and Lubricate motors
- Check voltage and amperage
- Check condenser coil for dirt
- Check evaporator coil for dirt

During each heating and cooling service inspection, we will replace the standard 1" disposable
filters for no cost. (Additional parts required for repairs diagnosed
